DESK WORKERS

Pilates will help stretch and strengthen the body to support decreasing pain caused by poor posture and prolonged sitting. Creating better posture and body awareness to balance and strengthen weaker muscles and areas of the body.

SPORTS & PERFORMANCE

Cross training with Pilates in any sport / training will help improve performance, decrease faults, optimise efficiency and bullet proof the body agains injuries.

BABY AND BEYOND

Pilates to support both Pre and Post Natal mothers. Pre natal to help strengthen key muscle groups to train and prepare for birth. Post natal to support mum to rebuild strength, manage pelvic floor health and any post birth issues and helping mum to connect to their body again.
